How are cartridges recycled?

1. The leftover toner is vacuumed out.
2. The empty toner cartridge is disassembled.
3. Any parts that are worn out, or could wear out, (such as the drum) are replaced with new high quality parts.
4. The cartridge is filled with new toner and resealed.
5. The cartridge is reassembled.
6. Then, the cartridge undergoes testing before being sold.
